It is a dance for all enthusiasts of hip hop, R’n’B and soul music.
Hip hop culture was born in the Bronx, in New York city in the seventies. Pioneers of this movement included Kool t Hertz and the DJ Hollywood who recorded mixtapes (the first rap albums) and MCs like Coke La the Rock, the Cowboy and Melle Mei who developed the art of rhyming. With the musical latest trend and also a new dance came into existence about the name itself. Hip-hop is connectied with soul, rap and R’n’B – that is the most popular at present type of music with the dance full of the expression. It is possible to see this style in the music videos of such stars as Missy Elliot, Janet Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Justin Timberlake, Ciara.

A strong footwork is a characteristic feature of this dance on bent knees in combination with the dense, flexible upper parts of the body. Since the pace in this kind isn’t too fast, it allows dancers “to pulse” and to sense for minor body changes in the given work. The effect of this are diverse and spectacular paces.
